If your Company is planning to do business overseas you may be asked to provide Notarised and Legalised Company documentation which may include the following:
– Evidence of the Company’s registration with the Registrar of Companies for England & Wales (Companies House).
– Evidence of who the Directors of the Company are.
– Certified copies of the Company’s accounts.
– Evidence of any change of name of the Company since the date of its incorporation.
– Certified copies of the Company’s constitution documents, such as the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
– A certified copy of a Certificate of Good Standing relating to the Company.
It is most likely that the request will be to have the Company documentation “Notarised” and “Legalised”.
